Who is accountable for what we sell
Behind this shop there is a company with a registered name, tax ID and registered address, published as the law requires. It is not a legal footnote: it is what separates a supplier from an anonymous catalogue.

What I am accountable for
That the vial you receive holds the compound on the label, in the stated amount, at the stated purity, and that the purity is backed by an analysis from a laboratory that is not me. That the shipment leaves cold and arrives cold. And that you get an answer from me if any of that fails.
What I am not accountable for, and it deserves saying just as plainly: what it gets used for. Everything sold here is for in vitro research. It is not a medicine, it is not approved for human or veterinary use, and this shop gives no dosing or administration advice to anyone.
What gets checked on every batch
-
1
Chromatography analysis, batch by batch
Purity is measured by HPLC on every batch, not once per product. Two batches of the same compound carry two different analyses because they are two different manufacturing runs.
-
2
The batch certificate, published or sent to you
Most are published on the site and can be read without asking permission or leaving an email address. Where a batch certificate is not up yet, the product page says so in those words and we send it when you write. What you will not find is a generic product analysis standing in for the analysis of your batch.

Cold chain from Spain
Stock sits in Spain, not in transit from another continent. Peptides ship lyophilised in insulated packaging, and that is why delivery is quick and the condition on arrival is predictable.
If something does not add up
Write to the address above with your order number and the problem. If the order arrived damaged or the contents do not match, you have 48 hours to say so and it is settled without argument. The rest of the conditions are on the returns page, written without small print.
